Like his sisters, Chris also developed an unhealthy relationship with food from a young age. His job in a McDonald's kitchen made matters worse. However, Chris also began his weight loss journey along with his siblings.

Chris became serious about wanting to lose weight when he realized he was getting older and coming close to the age when his father ed away.

Chris decided to get weight loss surgery at 41 years old. He wanted to be around for his family and take charge of his health. Chris finally underwent bariatric surgery in 2022. His weight loss was the motivation for his daughter to lose weight as well. Chris not only lost over 150 pounds, but he also noticed his blood sugar had leveled off, and he no longer needed to take insulin.

Chris has come a long way since he started his 1000-Lb Sisters journey. He looks fit and trim in his recent photos, which show him standing. Losing weight has been the hardest yet the most rewarding journey for Chris. He recently ran his first 5K marathon and successfully crossed the finish line of the race.
