Daniel has hit more buzzers than nearly any other American Ninja Warrior contestant, and remains humble about his wins. Now, moving into a whole new season, Daniel opened up about building something for his exciting future.

In an interview with Screen Rant, Daniel shared that things have changed considerably for him since the last season of American Ninja Warrior. After welcoming his daughter, Isla Rose, with his wife Abigail and taking on a coaching role, Daniel's priorities shifted outside of American Ninja Warrior. With the show taking on a whole new meaning, Daniel explained he's had to shift his mindset. "My legacy doesn't just end with me," he explained, revealing that prioritizing his family and training new ninjas has become a big part of his life. "It's not just about you, you've got the world watching."

He's Reached A Major Milestone

Even though Daniel has shared a lot about his time outside of competition on American Ninja Warrior, the one question many have been curious about is what he's going to do when his days of competing are over. Daniel, who has a young daughter and another baby on the way with his wife Abigail, hasn't started to think about slowing down yet. While he shared that he's happily coaching new ninjas, training competitors for American Ninja Warrior and other ninja competitions, and looking into the 2028 Olympics as it will be including an obstacle course event, Daniel's not finished competing.
