Character: Syril Karn is first introduced as a by-the-books, Deputy Inspector of Pre-Mor, an Empire-d security company. Character: Gough plays Dedra Meero in Andor, perhaps the main villainous presence in the show. Like Syril, Dedra is a driven, intelligent person who works in the Imperial Security Bureau. Andy Serkis as Kino Loy: Kino Loy was a character in Andor season 1 whom Cassian worked with to escape a brutal Imperial prison. Kino Loy was thought dead after revealing he could not swim and re-entering the prison, but he was confirmed for a role in season 2 shortly after. Andy Serkis is best known for his motion capture roles in The Lord of the Rings, King Kong, the rebooted Planet of the Apes series, and even Snoke in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Faye Marsay as Vel Sartha: Vel is one of the rebels Andor conspired with in season 1, the cousin of Mon Mothma, and an ally of Luthen Rael. In Andor season 2, Vel continues in her fight against the Empire. Faye Marsay is predominantly known for her role as The Waif in Game of Thrones seasons 5 and 6.

Varada Sethu as Cinta Kaz: Cinta is another of the rebels Cassian worked with in Andor season 1 and is in a relationship with Vel. Much like her partner, Cinta continues fighting against oppression in Andor season 2. Aside from Andor, Sethu is known for her roles in Jurassic World: Dominion and Doctor Who, as of the show's 2024 soft reboot.

Elizabeth Dulau as Kleya Marki: Kleya Marki is the primary ally of Luthen Rael, posing as the attendant in his antique store. Kleya is often a liaison for Luthen when he cannot his rebel operatives himself, and, as such, is vital to his operation. Elizabeth Dulau is known for Maternal, All the Light We Cannot See, and Wicked.

Anton Lesser as Major Partagaz: Partagaz is the head of the Imperial Security Bureau who strikes a bond with Dedra Meero in Andor season 1. Andor season 2 furthers this connection as Partagaz and the other ISB agents seek out Cassian, Luthen, and other rebel operatives. Anton Lesser is also best known for Game of Thrones, in which he played Grandmaester Qyburn.
