About Brighton Nelson

Brighton Nelson is a writer, musician, language enthusiast, and more. He is finishing up his book Sir Athleticon in both English and French (which he hopes to publish soon), various music endeavors, such as improving on the piano and writing sappy love songs, and is learning French, Japanese, and Chinese. He hopes to be a professional author, singer, psychiatrist, or language instructor, but he is currently working towards all of them because he does not know what path life will take him on. He is studying at Brigham Young University and his favorite class right now is Japanese.

He also owns the websites RPG Ranked and The Reel Ranker, both of which have corresponding YouTube channels. He just posted his first video in French, and is hoping that will let him appeal to a wider audience. When he has the time, he enjoys playing Japanese RPGs and FaceTiming his friends and family back home.

Brighton loves all sorts of different media. His favorite movie is Weathering With You, his favorite TV Show is 24; his favorite game is Lost Odyssey, and his favorite director is Alfred Hitchcock. His favorite book series is Blackthorn Key, and his favorite actors are Johnny Depp and Iman Vellani.  His favorite characters are Jansen Friedh (Lost Odyssey), Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Carribean), Partitio (Octopath Traveler II), Bobby (Paper Mario: The Origami King), and Chloe O'Brian (24).

Industry Focus

Brighton hopes to focus on what is wanted by the masses. He doesn't particularly care what he is writing about as long as it brings a smile to the faces of the people reading his article. He'd absolutely love if the readers gave him pitch ideas that he could write for them!
