About Danielle Heney

Danielle has been busy building a nonprofit with her husband since 2009, but she has been watching television and film incessantly since 1985. She moved from New Jersey to Los Angeles, à la The Karate Kid, for college, with the hope of developing into a screenwriter. She attended one semester at university as an English major and then decided to enroll at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, but she never got to attend. Her writing experience has consisted mostly of writing posts for her nonprofit, unrelated to the entertainment industry. But inspired by some amazing female writers like Greta Gerwig, Chloé Zhao, and Phoebe Waller she is finally attempting to pair her obsession with her livelihood. She began writing as a TV/Movie List Contributor for Screen Rant in 2022.
