The show focuses more on love and relationships, excellently representing the LGBTQ+ community in a unique setting. Whishaw's performance is the highlight of the series, perfectly balanced between nervous and determined. Though it moves away from the more traditional spy story tropes, its emotional narrative and fresh take on the spy thriller is still very engaging to watch.
