DC Comics has shared a special sneak preview of Batman/Superman: World's Finest #24 by Mark Waid and Dan Mora, which is the finale of the title's "Return to Kingdom Come" storyline. These unlettered pages from Mora and colorist Tamra Bonvillain tease a massive — and destructive — battle between Darkseid, Superman, Batman, and the Justice League of Earth-22, who fall almost too easily to Darkseid. World's Finest — as well as Waid and Mora's run on Shazam! — has been one of DC's strongest books since its debut in 2022, and its Silver Age charm only adds to the sweeping scope of this battle between the Justice League and Darkseid. This story is sure to have massive consequences for both the world of Kingdom Come and the DC Universe at large.
