The Valley season 2, but he's moved on and is in a new relationship with a woman from Orange County. Michelle has also moved on, as she's been dating Aaron Nosler since April 2024. Jesse and Michelle's relationship imploded after the first season of The Valley, but there were glaring red flags in their relationship that were obvious from the beginning of their time on the show.

Jesse debuted his new relationship around the same time that Michelle and Aaron went public.

While rumors about her identity permeated the show, Jesse tried to maintain her privacy, as she is not appearing on the reality show, and she doesn't have any plans to film. Still, Jesse's new girlfriend has a compelling backstory, sharing details about a traumatic incident she endured in her twenties. That shaped the person she is today.

Who Is Jesse Lally Dating?

Jesse Is Dating Lacy Nicole

Jesse's girlfriend has been revealed as Orange County resident Lacy Nicole. Lacy and Jesse have reportedly been dating since April 2024, when they began making red carpet appearances together. Still, Lacy's identity wasn't officially confirmed until more recently. Lacy has not made an appearance on The Valley, but that doesn't mean she hasn't been mentioned. During season 2, during a heated conversation about parenting, Michelle accused Jesse's new girlfriend of talking poorly about her.

In the same episode, Michelle accused Jesse's new girlfriend of cheating on him with "the guy from Baywatch," which was confirmed by Scheana Shay. Jesse and Michelle have one daughter, Isabella, whom they co-parent. While Jesse lives near the famous Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood, Michelle moved a short distance away, making their co-parenting relationship smoother, although not without its fair share of drama. It's understandable, as navigating raising a child during a divorce can be tricky.

Jesse and Michelle are also reportedly still working together as realtors, which adds another layer to their dynamic.

The cheating rumors didn't go anywhere, and Jesse and Lacy are still dating. They were recently spotted on a group trip to celebrate Kristen Doute's "babymoon." Jesse and Lacy rarely make appearances, and she has no plans to film. She told People magazine that, "I positively and politely declined to film just for an array of my own personal reasons. ... It takes a lot of gumption and chutzpah to put yourself out there and show those moments. Last year, when they so graciously invited me on to film, I don't think I was there emotionally, with my own mental health."

Lacy Nicole Was Kidnapped In Her 20s

Lacy Nicole Experienced A Traumatic Crime

Lacy takes her mental health seriously, as she stated in her quote to People. In the same article, Lacy elaborated on the traumatic event she experienced in real life that compelled her to become a champion for women's mental health. Lacy, who is currently 34, was the victim of a kidnapping when she was in her early 20s. Lacy and a friend were kidnapped by a gang of men in a horrifying crime that still impacts her today.

"It was a horrific crime. We were taken by a gang of men, and the charges included human trafficking, kidnapping with the intent of sodomy and rape, assault, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, carjacking, theft. There were 22 charges. When you're in your early 20s, you don't necessarily have literature on how to handle trauma. I just swallowed it and became very unwell."

As a result of the crime, and having to testify in court later, Lacy developed physical health issues, telling People that she was diagnosed with "seven autoimmune diseases" that required her to be on "a plethora of medications" simply to help her "exist." She also developed endometriosis, which complicated her fertility (Lacy is a mom to a 4-year-old daughter today). Lacy said testifying was traumatizing because it made her have to relive the crime, which was "worse than the crime" itself. Through years of therapy, Lacy has been able to process what happened to her.

As a way to help others who might be in similar situations, Lacy launched the Shame to Sparkle Foundation and podcast, where she helps women find resources for trauma. According to the foundation's website, shametosparkle.org, the foundation's mission is "to normalize discussion and advocacy for those suffering from trauma/ PTSD."

The Valley season 2 has brought Janet Caperna back to the spotlight, & I truly think she's an incredible reality TV villain who's making her mark.

Lacy told People that she chose the name because she considers "sparkling" to be living as your best version. "My whole life, I loved to sparkle, and I think that can often be misconstrued as being tacky, or over the top. But to me, sparkling is going back to that version of you that came to this world absolutely perfect." She said that her past has made her stronger, and her aim to help others is her way of turning the horrific crime into a positive in the world.
