I don't believe that Mephisto is going to appear in MCU's movies and TV shows have featured Mephisto.
Mephisto was initially rumored to make his MCU debut in WandaVision, the first MCU's next TV series, Ironheart. While I can see which character could be used to bring in Mephisto, I have a hard time believing the rumors are accurate for a few reasons.

A Major Actor Is Rumored To Play Mephisto In The MCU Series
Recently, Marvel Studios released the first Ironheart trailer, showing what fans should expect from Iron Man's MCU replacement. I think the series looks great, and I can't wait to see the dynamic between technology and magic in the show. Dominique Thorne's Riri Williams represents the former, while Anthony Ramos' The Hood will be behind the latter. Ironheart's villain is tied to the red color and has a sinister tone in the series' trailer, leading many to believe he could be an agent of Mephisto.
While I think there is certainly some potential in that idea, I ultimately don't think Mephisto is at play here. The main connection between Mephisto and Ironheart does not come from the show's first trailer, but MCU reports that have yet to be confirmed. For instance, in October 2022, Deadline reported that in the show's behind-the-scenes, there was talk that Sacha Baron Cohen had ed Ironheart's cast and that he could be playing Mephisto. That connects with The Hood, leading to Mephisto MCU rumors rising.

Another Major Marvel Character That Has Been Introduced In The MCU Could Appear Instead
While Mephisto is surely a powerful being who fits the somber tone we have seen with The Hood in the first Ironheart trailer and Cohen is rumored to be playing the demon in the MCU series, the connections stop there. There is another Marvel character that makes more sense for the show, given the backstory of Anthony Ramos' character in the comics. After all, the source material sees The Hood get his powers from Dormammu.

Without knowing, Parker Robbins became a host to Dormammu's influence in the comics when he put on the cursed hood that gives him powers. Given how Dormammu has already been introduced in the MCU, being a key element of 2016's Doctor Strange, I feel like it makes more sense to keep The Hood's comics history intact instead of adding Mephisto to it in live-action. Additionally, Charlize Theron's Clea, introduced in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, is Dormammu's niece, which makes his return more likely.
Based On The MCU's Track Record Of Mephisto Theories, The Ironheart Debut Hope Looks Even Less Likely
Mephisto Could Have Appeared In The Perfect MCU Project For Him But Didn't
Before Ironheart, Mephisto was rumored to appear in multiple MCU projects. A few of them include WandaVision, which saw the biggest theories surrounding the character's franchise debut, as well as Agatha All Along and Spider-Man: No Way Home. It is due to Mephisto's absence from the Spider-Man movie that I truly feel like him showing up in Ironheart simply does not make sense. Tom Holland's latest Spider-Man film was based on a story that directly involved Mephisto.

Despite that, the character was completely absent from the movie, with his role being given to Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange in a way. If Mephisto was not in two of the MCU's biggest projects revolving around magic and skipped the Spider-Man movie he made the most sense for, then why would Marvel Studios replace Dormammu with him in The Hood's story? It does not make sense, and so I believe that if Sacha Baron Cohen is really in Ironheart, he could be playing a personified version of Dormammu, not Mephisto.
