Disney’s problem is that they obviously don’t have a script that they have faith in. I love Depp as Captain Jack, but parts 4 & 5 were disappointing, due to the scripts. Along with Depp, Bloom & Knightley’s charisma is what made the trilogy so great. Until a new story can find that new young couple to revolve a great story around, POTC 6 will forever be docked at shore.

Too bad Philip & Syrena didn’t have better written roles in POTC 4…the film had potential.
