In fact we find out in the final one that the Russians had a copy the entire time. And 5: Ethan did not have a criminal past. He was framed for Marie's death. He was completely innocent and his life before the death of Marie was the good that he was talking about.

I never thought about if that was an actual rule or not. But one thing I was thinking of while reading this is that Anakin has always been the type to break the rules. Even if Anakin is bound by that rule it would be completely in character for him to break it in order to help Ashoka.

I haven't seen the movie yet so I will reserve judgement. But I always thought the whole point of it was that he wasn't the normal social worker. Lilo and Nani weren't a normal family. Stitch wasn't a normal dog, or alien experiment. Bubbles wasn't a normal social worker because the entire situation wasn't normal.

I don't see the problem with the raptors from the other Jurassic World movies. It was established in the first movie that they listened to Owen because he was there when they were born. He had imprinted on them which is in keeping with the lore of the first three. And also they turned on them in the first movie. With only Blue really establishing a connection again.
