See AllI Worked At The Galactic Starcruiser, & I Can Tell You What Everyone's Getting Wrong About The "Star Wars Hotel"
This was so insincere it was hard to read. This line sounded like it was written by an AI car salesman: "It was all facilitated through the 'datapad,'...the technology and design behind that software still blows my mind to this day." Also, the author's point that negative reviews "[do] little except hurt those who were perhaps the most affected by its closure," is absurd. Jenny's video offered thoughtful, thorough, and reasonable critique AND suggestions. Negative reviews are one of the most effective tools that customers have to communicate their dissatisfaction. I hope that Disney will engage with the negative and create higher quality experiences moving forward.
