To say or insinuate that its wrong for people to express their opinions and publish reviews because it wont do any good or it might hurt someone's feelings is ridiculous. if you're feeling hurt or disappointed, the blame should be aimed at the Disney execs who screwed up so bad that the hotel had shutter in seeming record time despite the company pouring millions of dollars into the project and charging guests thousands of dollars for a two day experience. Disney is a multi billion dollar, multi national company, not some mom and pop shop owned by a sweet little old couple, I'm pretty sure it can take the criticism and if they want future projects to succeed, they would do will to listen to reviews and and folks' experiences, in order to figure out what worked and what didn't
