"Nobody Needs To See Carrie Again": Carrie Star Matthew Lillard Breaks Down Why Mike Flanagan Is Updating Stephen King's Story 50 Years Later
If you're going to change so much, including a re-write of the entire third act, how can you still call it "Carrie"?
Just call it something else and save yourself the backlash from disappointed fans.
Sorry, I Think This TNG Classic Is A Better Star Trek Episode Than “The City On The Edge Of Forever”
Well, if you're comparing anything to City On The Edge Of Forever, you're setting the bar pretty low.
Any episode of ST:TNG that doesn't have Tasha Yar in it, or Beverly Crusher having sex with ghosts is far superior to that cheesy drivel.
Two 1980s Arnold Schwarzenegger Action Movies Are Getting Remakes This Year, But There's Another One I Really Want
Exactly.
The remakes of Conan and Total Recall failed miserably, so take the hint. I won't be running to the theater to see these next two.
One Thing Spencer Said To Alex In 1923 Finale Absolutely Broke Me
Sheridan is too hung up on having the absolute worst case scenario happen to any of the characters that you might care about. If he can make you miserable by torturing them, then that's exactly what is going to happen.
The Matrix Scene That Almost Ruined The Franchise Is Now The One That Can Save It
Going back and seeing the foundation of the machine empire and creation of The Matrix would be very interesting and probably the best move
After Resurrections, I don't ever want to hear from Neo and Trinity again.
10 Bizarre '80s Horror Movies That Should Make It Onto Your Watchlist
Kelli Maroney for the win!
If You Call Yourself A Star Trek Fan, You’ve Watched These 10 Episodes, Right?
What does any of that even mean?
That was completely incoherent, and I hope you do better in your podcast.
1 Confusing Taylor Sheridan Line In 1923 Season 1 Tricked Me Into Believing Alex Dutton Would Live
The ranch had just lost a lot of people, and they were desperately shorthanded, so Spencer didn't have a choice about going. That's just reality.
I've Seen A Ton Of Horror Movies, But These 10 Are Unlike Anything I've Ever Seen
I tried to watch House, but I just couldn't get into it. The slapstick a little way in just made me turn it off.
Jaqen H'ghar Was Hired To Kill Ned Stark & 4 More Game Of Thrones Theories About Why He Was Really In King's Landing
And Jaqen spending time training Arya makes sense, it explains why he would go that extra to give her the coin AND three names because he already had insight to her character and wanted to keep track of her as a potential recruit.
Buffy The Vampire Slayer's Angel Vs. Spike Debate Has Such An Obvious Solution, I'm Surprised It's Even A Question
I really liked the movie, then I liked the series, but the introduction of those two characters made me stop watching it.
I’ll Never Understand Why Captain Picard Didn’t Save His Family In Star Trek Generations
And that's why he enlisted help from INSIDE the Nexus - Kirk, and why Kirk HAD to die there. Minimal impact to the timeline.
Disney's Original Live-Action Snow White Movie Plan Would've Been A Lot Less Controversial Than Rachel Zegler & Gal Gadot's Remake
Larson is nicer to look at, and fits the description of Snow White better.
I like that Disney's decision to go this way instead of pursuing Rose Red is discussed a bit. It illustrates how they considered (briefly) breaking new ground but decided to wreck the original instead.
Had they gone that route, this whole disaster wouldn't have hurt them nearly as much.
Why Daenerys Targaryen Couldn't Have Children In Game Of Thrones (& What The Show Left Out From The Books)
Can you really blame him for dragging his feet?
You've got to consider what they're going to do to future adaptations and "reboots" of his work. If you were disappointed this go-round, just wait and see.
Look at how badly they mangled Anne Rice's work, and you'll get the idea.
Peter Jackson's 1996 Movie With Michael J. Fox Only Made $29 Million, But It Deserves Another Look
John Astin and R. Lee Ermey really stole the show in this one.
Overall it's a decent horror/comedy and worth a watch, but scenes where these two take over, they really shine.

Spencer Dutton Does 2 Really Dumb Things In 1923 Season 2 Episode 4 I Can't Understand
The Mafioso was extending his hospitality to Spencer for saving his nephew, giving him a room and an invitation to dinner.
Spencer, being a blockhead, couldn't POSSIBLY wait that long to get moving, even though he could have sent messages from the hotel and possibly allies.
So he makes the worst decision possible and tries to FIGHT his way out on his own, insulting the Mafioso and making his situation worse.
I'm not sure, but this seems to be standard procedure for Sheridan characters, and it gets old fast.
Even After 3 Years, I Still Can't Believe Disney's Luke Skywalker Was Absolutely Schooled By This Non-Jedi Star Wars Character
I agree, Luke did seem to be quite attached to Mara Jade once they got to know each other.
However, Disney completely ignored that, too.
Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home Ending Explained: What Happened To Kirk & The Whales
Does any of this really need to be "explained"?
I watched the movie and all of this was right out there in the open for anyone to see for their self.
Before Chekov, Star Trek: The Original Series Had A Different Navigator Who Often Gets Overlooked
From the very beginning of the article, it sounds like The Enterprise only had one navigator at any given time and never lets on that the navigation post isn't manned by the same crewman 24/7/365.
