I think the idea of needing more female representation in SW isnt as compelling of na argument as the fact that Leia is a badass character they didnt exploit as much as they should have. I feel the same way about Pe and if they ever did this show it would be sweet to have flashbacks to see the parallel lives led by mother and daughter. It would be even sweeter for us to catch glimpses of Leia's force sensitivity. Even though she was never a Jedi she was still a child of Anakin and this aspect has also been very poorly explored
