It already been confirmed that the deaths of the other films aren't part of Bloodlines. Otherwise the parents of the victims, for example in the first film, needed to die first. But they survive the film.

Bloodlines is only about the survivors of Sky View and the last bloodline to die is the Campbell family and the last person is Bludworth, since he was the youngest survivor and didn't had any offspring.
