See AllDoctor Who Season 15 Finale Will Stream At A New Time On Disney+
First, the May 31 episode hits streaming at 11am PT per the Disney+ press release; that's 2pm ET, not 1pm. I guess the author forgot about DST because the article says EST, not EDT.
Second, I do NOT see that OR Mrs. Flood's ominous warnings as a sign of anything more serious than the season finale's plot. First of all, Mrs. Flood said May 24, as did the scene at the end of episode 1 which implied the Earth's destruction; that's the FIRST half of the two-part season finale, which will drop at the Season 2 / Series 15 usual midnight PT/3am ET. Second, the likely reason for the time change for the May 31 episode is its theatrical release in the UK is tied this time to the BBC One broadcast; last season it was at midnight BST, same as the Season 1 / Series 14 release schedule on both BBC iPlayer & Disney+ (7pm ET the night before). I don't see it as a "harbinger" (no pun intended) that Disney+ is bailing out, and it probably isn't a regeneration episode either. (No regeneration in the NuWho era has been kept under wraps till it aired, though it WAS a surprise that Jodie Whittaker regenerated into the return of David Tennant instead of Gatwa as had been announced.) My guess is they wanna surprise the Gatwa haters by waiting to announce his return for a third season, thus giving him as many seasons or more (not counting episodes per season, specials or the movie) as every other regular Doctor since Tom Baker.
Ariana Grande Will Break A 51 Year Old Oscars Record If She Wins Best ing Actress
Saldaña may also be directly responsible for two other Oscars this year even if Emilia Pérez is shut out of the rest of the top awards. She is the chief performer of "El Mal", EP's frontrunner for Best Original Song, though it goes to the songwriters instead. (It would be part of a unique quad nomination for Jacques Audiard: producer of a Best Picture nominee, director, screenwriter, AND one of the songwriters of "El Mal" -- not far from the unique quad noms of Warren Beatty in both Heaven Can Wait & Reds, though his fourth was acting instead of songwriting.) And she is also the star AND a producer of Dovecote (directed by her husband Marco Perego), which is shortlisted for Best Live Action Short.
