<em>Below Deck </em>season 12 has a bunch of new yachties who are in the mix on the show, and while they may not be new to the industry, they're new to the franchise. While I'm enjoying all the new yachties thus far, I think in of skill, Jess Theron and Rainbeau de Roos are the top two yachties aboard St. David. Jess has the ability to take on challenges in the exterior, while Rainbeau seems to know everything possible about the interior. Together, they're going to do a great job this season.
