The Tailed Beast Bomb is one of the most powerful techniques in the Naruto franchise, capable of leveling an entire village and causing incredible destruction. This is only available to the Tailed Beast or Jinchuriki, who are one with their Tailed Beasts. Kurama had already established himself as being friendly to Himawari, so this jutsu was to be expected.

Interestingly, Himawari's Tailed Beast Bomb is gathering in a different manner than others, forming in a swirling manner rather than condensing in one spot. This is very similar to her father and her brother's Rasengan, and is yet another hint that she is the second Blue Vortex alongside Boruto.

Unfortunately, because Kurama has the most chakra out of all the Tailed Beasts, he doesn't have a chakra technique or release. Shukaku has Magnet Style, Son Goku has Lava Release, Isobu has Water Release, and the others have some form of technique that makes up for their less chakra as compared to the Beasts with more tails. Nonetheless, Kurama's chakra grants its Jinchuriki superhuman strength, speed, recovery, and can heal others as well. It's safe to say that with Kurama guiding her on how to best use his power, Himawari is one of the most formidable characters in the series.
