Almost four years since it ended, Candace Cameron-Bure reveals that she almost died on the set of same tragedy that Danny did in Full House. Despite the lighthearted nature of the sitcom, focusing on the day-to-day challenges of raising a family, Fuller House had some more creative episodes, including one that featured an American Ninja Warrior-esque course.

In a recent appearance on the How Rude, Tanneritos! podcast, Cameron-Bure tells her co-stars and show hosts, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber that she almost died while filming Fuller House season 4, episode 4, "Ghosted." The outing saw Steve celebrate his two-week anniversary with DJ by creating the course. Read the full story from Cameron-Bure below:

I went through the course and at the end, I zip-lined diagonally the length of the living room and then I landed on a platform. But during rehearsal, the rig was not set up correctly and there was no safety stop on the end of it. When I landed off the zip line and stopped, the whole mechanism—which is all metal and very, very heavy—slid right off the track and came right next to my head within an inch.

Will The Tanners Ever Return For A Fuller House Revival?

Some Cast Want To Continue The Full House Franchise

The Fuller House series finale saw DJ, Stephanie, and Kimmy walk down the aisle and marry their respective partners. As a family show, the event also functioned as a reunion, with many of the extended Tanner clan and close friends attending. Despite the criticisms of the overall show, it's difficult to argue that the send-off was emotional and on-brand for the Full House franchise. That said, some of the cast have expressed their interest in bringing back the Tanners for a Fuller House revival.

ittedly, it would be tricky to do a Fuller House revival after Bob Saget's death. Continuing means that the new project would have to be without Danny Tanner, who was the beating heart of the show. John Stamos has previously said that he is officially closing the door on the franchise, saying that he doesn't have any interest in reprising his role as Uncle Jesse without Saget. Meanwhile, Sweetin said that she is interested in doing the show again after a certain amount of time has ed. This means that Fuller House season 6 may be without Jesse and Stephanie.

Most of the Tanners' extended family from Full House returned in Fuller House, but several of them were just simply better in the original series.

Bringing back Fuller House won't be easy. At this point, there is no concrete progress in of turning the idea into reality. However, since season 5 left some plot lines open to be explored at a later time, the writers won't have any problems using those narrative opportunities to bring the Tanners back to the small screen.

Fuller House is available to stream on Netflix.
