After the recent loss of original member Bam Margera, who was fired and served a restraining order in June 2021, the franchise needed a few fresh faces. The new Jackass Forever cast will be former musician and actor Jasper Dolphin, comedian Rachel Wolfson, Sean “Poopies” McInerney, Eric Manaka, and Zach Holmes of the stunt show Too Stupid to Die. Jasper is most famous for founding the hip hop group Odd Future, alongside Tyler, the Creator, but he has since gone on to a television career that included his own slapstick comedy series and an appearance on The Eric Andre Show. McInerney, who earned the nickname Poopies in junior high after defecating on a busy intersection while wearing a gorilla mask (via Stab Magazine), is best known for his role in Who Is JOB, Jamie O’Brien’s extreme surf show, where Poopies has performed many wild stunts on the open water. Poopies also participated in the television special Jackass Shark Week, during which he nearly lost a hand after an ill-fated jump attempt.

Holmes proved his compatibility with Jackass as the main star and creator of Too Stupid to Die. In the YouTube show and one-season MTV reality series, Holmes executed various foolish stunts, from skateboarding into a cactus to shooting himself in the face point-blank with a paintball gun. He earned the attention of Steve-O in 2016 after dressing in a suit of firecrackers and setting them off. For his part, Manaka appeared alongside Knoxville and Pontius in the 2018 stunt comedy film Action Point. Wolfson will bring her bawdy comedy skills to the film, which she often shows off on Twitter and Instagram, as well as adding much-needed gender diversity to the Jackass cast.

Jackass 4 will also introduce several celebrity guest stars, including Machine Gun Kelly and The Eric Andre Show. The trailer for the film reveals a few new stunts, including a snake bite to the nose, an exploding toilet, and Knoxville being ejected from a giant cannon to hurtle dozens of feet into the air. It is clear that the original Jackass crew has not slowed down on their extreme exploits. With the addition of this new round of reckless entertainers, Jackass Forever is sure to carry on the legacy of the previous films.
