Over twenty years of crossover legacy, Marvel. Vs. Capcom 2 is the fourth game in the Marvel vs. series. In Marvel vs. Capcom 2, players take on one of 50+ characters as they battle through a standard arcade mode with a unique non-playable boss at the end or versus other players. Initially released for the Dreamcast, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is currently unavailable on modern platforms; however, viral campaigns to bring back the title have seemed to have created success, as Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is seeing an Arcade 1UP release in 2022 with online multiplayer.
