John's story never even mentioned the High Table in the first installment, just knowing Eve is connected with all of the players in the High Table story suggests that her story may go the same route with more being uncovered in each installment. Caine's obligation to the High Table was fulfilled when John's was, it is actually more likely his film will focus on Akira who we last saw in the post credit scene having tracked Caine down in 4. The hardest thing to get around for 5 is how to justify John doing what he does with his brand of chaos and managing to not find his way back on the High Table's radar which would defeat the purpose of faking his death in the first place.

The Continental was a mini series exclusive to one of the lower subbed streaming services. It was never designed for the big screen. It did not have many if any at all of the creative team behind the movies. While it has yet to prove a constant rule in the lore we do know 2 of the 4 Continentals seen in the films had former assassins as managers, and I believe that may be true of the one being shown in Ballerina in Las Vegas. The lore of The Continental was a little shaky at best.
