He never knew how his own series was going to end. Now, he knows that he can earn more money doing TV and movies. It's over. If the book came out today, I wouldn't even bother reading it.

I'm surprised that they didn't mention "The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever". It was the best selling fantasy series in the late 1970s. Now, no one re it, or complain that it's too difficult to read.
