I don't disagree. I actually tend to skip thr whoever entirely just before the cringey college spring break episode in season 4 - Alexis Bledel's drunk voice was so lame - but these are all good picks.

Definitely agree with your assessment of Donna Reed - the writing wasn't good at getting the point it meant across, although I did appreciate that in the end Dean explains he just meant it's nice to come home to dinner because his mom is always working and Rory explains she learned Donna Reed was actually amazing, but whatever point the show was going for didn't land overall.
