The use of the term “ick” in this list is moronic and smacks of some Millennial or (even worse) Gen X dork trying to sound relevant to a Zoomer audience that likely doesn’t know 80% or more of the characters mentioned.

However, if you’re going to make a list of memorable villains and/or creeps, then James McKay (Tobey Maguire) from Babylon (2022) should get an honourable mention. That's a dangerous, perverted, and darkly hilarious criminal for the ages. The entire “Blockhouse” scene, and the lead up to it, was easily one of my favorite parts of that film.
