The MOST important thing you and the rest of the trades will deliberately ignore is that C. S. Lewis said Aslan isn't an allegory. He is what Jesus would be in that world. Netflix can ruin the beautiful work he wrote on screen, we the audience will keep boycotting this disrespectful, blasphemous movies. Why don't they just make new horrible IP for whoever that audience is? Instead Hollywood insists on ruining great existing material and rubbishing the wishes of existing audiences.
