See All“S**t Happens…”: Harrison Ford Addresses Indiana Jones 5 Becoming A Box-Office Bomb After itting He Pushed The Character’s Return
I loved "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny." It's my third favorite of the five movies (you can easily guess what the other two are).
I know I'm not supposed to provide a link (understood), but I hope it's okay to mention a link. I'm referring to a piece I wrote called "Indiana Jones and His Five Adventures." Head on over to Medium and you'll find it there.
Indiana Jones 5's Franchise-Low $383M Box Office Gets Candid Reflection From Director 1 Year Later: "How Would Anything Have Made The Audience Happy"
I loved "Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny." It's easily my third favorite of the five movies. The New York Times called it a "well-earned victory lap." I agree.
I see that I'm not allowed to place a link here (understandable), but if anyone wants to head over to Medium, look for my article called "Indiana Jones and His Five Adventures." I hope it's okay with ScreenRant that I even mentioned this! One observation, if I may, from my article. If "Crystal Skull" is the most cartoonish of the five movies (it is), "Dial of Destiny" is the most human. I don't recall tearing up at the end of the previous four movies. Well done, Mr. Mangold.
Indiana Jones & The Dial Of Destiny's Big Harrison Ford Risk Ended Up Being The Best Thing About The Movie
I didn't see a "Reply" button for one of your comments below, so I'm responding here. Will this comment, after I post it, go to the bottom of the thread? We shall see. Anyway, you can see from my essay that my favorite Indy movie depends on my mood!

Nope. How odd.
Indiana Jones & The Dial Of Destiny's Big Harrison Ford Risk Ended Up Being The Best Thing About The Movie
I loved Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, and much of what Brighton says about the depth of an older Indy is on target. It's also the view I took in an essay I posted on Medium earlier this year called "Indiana Jones and His Five Adventures." Going further, I think it's easy to argue that Dial of Destiny is the most human of the five movies (whereas Crystal Skull is the most cartoonish). And as Brighton says below in a comment to someone else, I, too, also claim Dial of Destiny as my third favorite in the series.
If anyone intends to read my Medium piece, we can continue the conversation there! (You might get blocked when trying to open the link, but Medium offers a free ).
