There are so many occasions where Superman allows himself to be beat (especially if it means saving someone else). Clark values all other lives above him.

Yes.. Thor also has altruism in his blood but you normally associate him going into battle without much thinking.. nowadays, especially recently Thor is written as being smart and wise (not just depending on his overwhelming power) which to me makes him a better character. Superman on the other hand has from the beginning was fighting for justice..

That list is somewhat incorrect. Professor X showed telepathic powers against Wanda in Dr Strange: MOM and Azazel showed teleporation in Deadpool/Wolverine. Both movies are released in MCU.

You are conflating comicbook Thanos with MCU Thanos. MCU Thanos even with the Infinity Gauntlet was limited. That Thanos couldn't use all the Infinity stones in unison multiple times without causing severe damage to himself. He could only use it twice in the movies and was severely crippled at the start of Endgame. Even Hulk couldn't use his arm when he snapped to bring all those people back.

Infinity Ultron (in What If) on the other hand showed how powerful one can be if they could use the Infinty gems in unison if they had a body which can withstand the rigors of using the all the gems.

All in all, beings like Galactus, Celestials etc are beyond the powers of an Infinity Gauntlet MCU Thanos..

We already see what Jean Grey can potentially do.. witness how Wanda manhandled Thanos during Endgame.. Magneto would be neutralized by Ebony Maw. And Thanos isn't entirely hopeless against psychic attacks (Mantis struggled to keep him in check and Mantis already showed she could put Ego who is a Celestial to sleep). Also in Multiverse of Madness, an Alternate Thanos was only beaten by Dr Strange who had the Vishanti and that Thanos presumably survived the rest of the Illuminati which had Prof X.

Misleading article. It just places Jean Grey together with the Cosmic Pantheon. It does not mean she is the most powerful character in Marvel. I would dispute that notion. One could argue that Oblivion, Living Tribunal amongst others are more powerful. TOAA by default (representing the writer/editor) is the most powerful in the Marvel ranks.

I dont agree that Superman is useless against Intangible foes. Kal has the ability to vibrate his body like Flash to being able to phase through objects. Likewise he can vibrate his body to match whatever density his foe has. Additionally against gaseous foes, he can use his lung power to blow them away and even freeze them..

There are already mutants who can manipulate and warp reality like Wanda.. I can name two on top of my head: Mad Jim Jaspers and Proteus..

I would argue that Mad Jim Jaspers is probably near the top when it comes to reality warping..
