Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is finally here, with the highly anticipated third film in the live-action trilogy now hitting theaters. The film picks up right where Sonic the Hedgehog 2 left off, with it bringing back Doctor Ivo Robotnik alongside two new villains: Gerald Robotnik and Keanu Reeves' Shadow the Hedgehog. This means that, if Metal Sonic found characters like Tails, Knuckles, and Shadow, Sonic would not only have to face off against his own moveset, but the movesets of his friends as well.

The live-action movie series' addition of multiple Metal Sonics is interesting, as this is not a route typically taken by the video games. This means that the movie series could seriously change Metal Sonic's power level and abilities, with Amy easily wiping out an army of them at the end of Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
