Synopsis
Set thirty years after Army of Darkness, Ash vs. Evil Dead is a black comedy/horror series that stars Bruce Campbell back in the role of Ash Williams. Ash has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity, and the terrors of the Evil Dead until a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind. Forced to come out of his combative retirement, Ash partners with two fellow co-workers at the Value Stop store to face off against the Evil Dead.

Absolutely THE BEST series of its kind - period. Nothing else like it anywhere. The grossest, goriest, most gut-wrenching spectacles ever put on the screen - and the FUNNIEST! Some lines and scenes are directly out of The Three Stooges episodes word for word and they make no excuses for the plagiarism. Fantastic! The Stooges would be proud to see their work recycled (stolen) in such a positive and hilarious way. By far, the best work Sam Raimi has ever done. For the full treatment, you need to watch all the other Evil Dead films in order first. They're ALL great, but this one is the best. Really no words to describe it. You just have to see it to believe it. My very highest recommendation.
