Synopsis

It has a feverish energy that gets lost amid the reverie, and though it has a great cast, it takes too long to make a point as it meanders to its end.

Oh, Babylon. Some of me kind of enjoys the delicious excess of this. Other parts of me recognize that it is just too much at time, making it make sense why it did not get more Oscars attention.
