In clan in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt possesses specific strengths and weaknesses, knowing what weapons work best with each archetype can be extremely valuable.
Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt is set in the universe of the World of Darkness, a tabletop roleplaying game that has inspired many other video games, such as the cult classic, Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. In this universe, each vampire belongs to a specific clan that heavily influences their personality and supernatural powers. Currently, in Bloodhunt, players can play as four different clans, among which is the Toreador, which contains the Muse archetype.
In the World of Darkness universe, the Toreador are the classic charming and charismatic vampires who enjoy seducing their victims with their sensuality and social skills. Artistic and humanitarian in nature, the Toreador tend to be the clan that more easily hides among humans. The Muse's powers revolve around ing others, making it an excellent pick when playing with friends in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt.
The Best Muse Abilities in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt
The ability that makes the Muse an excellent pick for ing teammates is their archetype power, Rejuvenating Voice. Players can channel this ability to restore health to themselves and nearby friends, as long as they are not interrupted by taking damage. Their clan power, Projection Dash, sends out a ghostly copy of the Muse that players can recast to teleport to. Their ive, Final Act, activates when players are downed, and it will refresh all cooldowns and allow players to use their abilities while in this state.
Rejuvenating Voice can be a very useful tool, not only to recover from an engagement, but also in the middle of a fight, provided players can find cover to be able to cast it without being interrupted. Projection Dash, the Toreador clan power in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt, is an extremely versatile ability that allows players to chase or retreat and is particularly good due to the fact that an enemy can never know whether a player chooses to teleport to the projection until they actually do. Final Act synergizes greatly with having a team, as recovering from a downed state while playing solo is highly unlikely. By enabling the use of their abilities, players can use this ive to get to their friends or behind cover and use Rejuvenating Voice to them even when downed.
Best Weapons for the Muse in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt
Seeing as the Muse excels at roles, they benefit the most from mid to long-range weapons that allow them to deal damage from a safe distance. This allows this class in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt to still be in the fight while preserving their abilities to their team or chase dying enemies. Because of this, some weapons that synergize well with this playstyle include Assault Rifles, the Marksman Rifle, and the 9-Barrel Rifle.
Best Resonances for Muse in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt
Resonances can be obtained by feeding off of bystanders spread across the map. Resonances provide different buffs based on their color, and the ones that will benefit the Muse the most are purple (Melancholic) and teal (Phlegmatic). These resonances provide players with reduced cooldowns on their active abilities, allowing them to cast them more often. This is ideal for characters such as the Muse, as their main utility and purpose lie in their ability to use their powers to their team in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt.
Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt is available now on PC and PS5 as a free-to-play title.
