The season 18 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians ended with a physical fight between Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian West. After an argument stemmed from comments about Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall's poor work ethic, verbal insults turned into a physical altercation, leaving Kim bleeding and Kourtney crying.

The discord among the sisters, specifically in regards to being around Kourtney, is shown early on. At the beginning of the premiere, Kourtney verbally expresses her unhappiness with her appearance and her busy schedule. This demeanor continues to escalate with Kourtney sharing she thinks Kim and Khloe have been double-teaming on her for the past three years. Several uncomfortable conversations are shown amongst the sisters, including an expense adjustment sent from Kim to Kourtney about North's birthday party. Things reach a heightened level when Kim expresses in a separate conversation to Kendall she thinks she and Khole are the only ones amongst the siblings who have a reliable work ethic. Though not initially apart of the conversation Kourtney hears this and goes from being cheery to instantly upset.

The episode ends with the resulting explosive physical fight but fans were left to wonder what happened afterward until the next episode. Fortunately, producers of the show have released a preview to this week's episode, specifically focusing on the altercation. We see a teary-eyed Kourtney vocalizing her concerns at the door, "You think I want to come into this negative environment with you guys every f***ing day." While Kim and Kendall calmly sit on the bed, a confused Khole tries to figure out how Kourtney ended in a fight she thought was about Kendall. Eventually, Kourtney exclaims she doesn't want to be around Kim's "fat a**" anymore and leaves, allowing Kendall to joke that it was her fight with Kim. Check out the full clip below:

The preview clip ends showing Kim's battle wounds, several visibly bleeding scratches on her arm and upper back. In a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon, Kim shared that the fight left her bleeding which is what further fueled her anger towards her older sister at that moment.

She also shared that their mother Kourtney has shared via Twitter that she quit the show. Though the sisters have argued before it has never led to any of them physically harming one another. The famous sisters have set the bar high for what to expect this season. Tune in Thursday to see what's next on Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
