As shared by THR, Hulu announced that the streaming service will be the new home for Y: The Last Man as part of the FX on Hulu strategy implemented by Disney. The new home for Y: The Last Man did not bring any other updates on the series, such as when it will finally be released.
The move to Hulu makes Y: The Last Man the latest TV series developed by Fox that has found a home on streaming since Disney took over. In the first half of 2020 alone, American Horror Story spinoff is coming to Hulu instead of FX.
The synopsis for Y: The Last Man reads: This is the saga of Yorick Brown—the only human survivor of a planet-wide plague that instantly kills every mammal possessing a Y chromosome.
